Low NOx Gas-fired Steam Boilers
The industrial boiler plays an important role in ensuring the normal production and living of mines. It is an important piece of equipment of coal mine enterprises. Covering an area of 88.9 square kilometers, Yushuwan Coal Mine is a large modern mine planned by the National Development and Reform Commission. It has 1.805 billion tons of geological coal reserves. The design capacity of the coal mine has reached 20 million tons of coal a year. Yushuwan Coal Mine has been devoted to building a Chinese first-class mine all the time. In order to actively respond to the air pollution prevention actions, Yushuwan Coal Mine decided to replace the existing coal-fired boilers with low NOx gas-fired boilers.

Meanwhile, every ZOZEN gas-fired boiler adopts a low NOx burner to meet the low NOx emission requirement. In addition, the utilization of staged combustion technology greatly reduces the generation of NOx. And, the flue gas NOx content showed in the third-party EIA test is 14-17mg/m3. The value is far lower than the environmental protection standard of 30mg/m3.

At present, the installation of 3 sets of low nOx gas-fired steam boilers of the clean heating project had been completed. When the boilers were officially put into use, the boilers would greatly reduce the annual emissions of smoke, SO2, NOx, assist our coal mine to realize clean heating and significantly improve the local air quality.
