15 Tons Coal Fired Steam Boiler for Indonesia Oleochemical Industry
Coal fired steam boiler has been widely used in the chemical industry. They play an integral role in the pretreatment, hydrogenation, decomposition and distillation of oleochemical products. An Indonesian chemical plant supplies important raw materials to the food, chemical, plastic, rubber, cosmetic, flavor and fragrance manufacturing industries, so they needed to acquire a 15 tons coal fired steam boiler.
Indonesia is an important exporter of oleochemical raw materials. This oleochemical factory introduced the DHL series coal-fired boiler manufactured by ZOZEN Boiler in order to renovate and expand its production line.The drum of this series is external style, which has the advantages of corner tube boiler: compact structure, low steel consumption and fast temperature rising, etc. The DHL series coal-fired boiler is a front and back arch covered furnace structure. A refractory concrete front arch is built on the lower section of the front wall of the furnace as a fire arch, and the rear arch is a ignition arch. Meanwhile, the isobaric system warehouse air supply, the micro area adjustment of the air distribution and wide coal furnace arch design further improve the combustion efficiency and furnace temperature. Additionally, the membrane water wall with fully sealed structure are used around the boiler body and the middle partition wall to ensure that the boiler thermal efficiency reaches higher than 82%.
15 tons DHL coal fired steam boiler is field assembled boiler, it uses a piping system as the frame of the entire boiler, and it bears the full load of the boiler, which makes a non-framework boiler. At the same time, this frame also serves as the down comer of the boiler and upper and lower headers. The boiler drum is an external type drum, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, the convective heat absorbing surface adopts the flag tube structure. The corner tube boiler has the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption and rapid temperature increase.
