10 tph SZL Biomass Steam Boiler For Garment Industry
Shandong Planea Garment Co. Ltd, located in Shandong, China, is a leading garment manufacturer with a reputation for producing high-quality products for both domestic and international markets.
Planea had been using a coal-fired steam boiler for many years to power its manufacturing operations. Coal is highly polluting and contributes to our country’s air quality problems. In addition, coal-fired boilers are less efficient than other types of boilers and require more frequent maintenance.
As part of its environmental sustainability efforts, Planea decided to replace its coal-fired boiler with a biomass-fired boiler. In early 2021, Planea purchased a 10 tons biomass-fired steam boiler manufactured from us. The new boiler has several advantages over the old coal-fired boiler.
1. Firstly, the biomass boiler emits significantly less pollution than the coal-fired boiler, reducing environmental impact.
2. Secondly, the new boiler is more efficient, which means that it uses less fuel to generate the same amount of steam, resulting in lower operating costs for Planea.
3. Thirdly, the new boiler requires less maintenance than the old coal-fired boiler. This is because biomass boilers have a simpler design than coal-fired boilers, with fewer components that require regular maintenance. As a result, Planea’s maintenance costs are expected to decrease with the new biomass-fired boiler.
Since installing the new biomass-fired boiler, Planea has seen several benefits in its operations. The new boiler has increased the reliability of its steam supply, which has improved the efficiency of its production processes. This is because the new boiler is less prone to breakdowns and requires less maintenance than the old coal-fired boiler.
