Overview

Brief Introduction:

SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water tube hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting tube structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the boiler proper heat absorbing part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler proper is arranged a membrane wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace. Its rear part is arranged with dense convection tubes between upper and lower boiler cylinders. The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand for twice returning flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall be introduced to coal saver singly arranged, and flow into duster and exhausted from chimney in the end.

Features

1. The furnace adopts a close-packed a close-packed arrangement of water wall tubes. The application of close-packed water wall in furnace design changes the traditional structural form of the original industrial boiler furnace water-wall, effectively preventing high-temperature flue gas from scouring and radiating the furnace.

2. Independent water circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of the boiler water circulation. We have designed independent water circulation systems on the structure, the water circulation structure is simple and clear, the water supply task division is clear, and the cross-sectional area ratio of descending pipe and rising pipe in all areas in guaranteed to be more than 0.4. In the premise that the water quality meets the requirements of the GB standard, it ensures the safety of boiler water circulation.

3. The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stocker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory.
