Overview
Brief Introduction:
WNS series gas-fired boilers produced by ZOZEN adopt wet back structure with a three-pass design. Large-diameter corrugated furnace is used to increase the heat transfer area and solve the thermal stress problems, making sure that the boilers are running safely and stably.
The manholes are designed at front and back for combustion situation to be observed directly. Condensate drain outlet is arranged at the lowest area of front and rear smoke chamber for condensate water to be discharged at any time. The smoke chamber door features hinge structure, opening like a window for easy maintain and clean.
Furthermore, the smoke chamber adopts unique sealing construction to make sure that the smoke will not have any leaks. The appearance is mirror polished stainless steel with a protective coating. The front and rear panels are sandblasted and painted for attraction, durability and easy maintain.
