WNS Series Oil/Gas Fired Steam Boiler

Overview

Brief Introduction:

As the subproject of high efficient and green boiler in the World Bank Group’s GEF Program, each technical index of WNS series oil and gas fired boiler has reached the world advanced level. WNS series boiler is fast-assembly installation boiler and it mainly consists of boiler proper, interconnecting flue, burner, steam&water system, meters, economizer and condenser (optional). It has the advantages such as clean combustion, no pollution in the emission, easy operation, high output and so on.

Application:

WNS series gas & oil fired boiler is mainly used in hospital, school, swimming pool, pharmaceutical factory, package plant, architectural material industry, food industry, textile dyeing and printing industry, clothing industry and other industries.

1.Low cost:

This boiler has many advantages such as high combustion efficiency, saving fuel, low investment cost, full pull side butt welds, long safe life and low maintenance cost.

2.High Efficiency:

The boiler tail is equipped with flue gas condensing recovery device which can effectively control the exhaust gas temperature so as to improve the boiler thermal efficiency; it adopts automatic combustor and water supply adopts continuous electrical control to ensure high combustion efficiency.

3.Safe and stable:

It is equipped with various defensive functions like over-temperature, over-pressure, water shortage, leakage detection and flame-out which make sure the boiler run safely and reliably.

4.Saving space:

The boiler adopts fast-assembly structure and the whole boiler is fixed on the steel base with high rigidity to ensure easy installation and transportation and small occupied area.
